DARAG native chicken, mango, muscovado, and bamboo. These are the featured commodities in the recently concluded Farms and Industry Encounters through the Science and Technology Agenda (FIESTA). S&T Digital Library reaches 'Yolanda'-stricken schools

ILOILO CITY, Oct. 25 (PIA6) -- Pupils and teachers of five typhoon Yolanda-stricken public elementary schools in Northern Iloilo have now access to relevant and timely Science and Technology ( S&T) information. STARBOOKS or Science and Technology Academic and Research-Based Openly-Operated Kiosks and Software are now installed in these schools containing thousands of digitized S & T resources in various formats and set in a user friendly interface. Recipient schools are Lawis Elementary School and Kinalkalan Elementary School in Balasan town; Lumbia Elementary School in Estancia; Madanlog Primary School in San Dionisio; and Alapasco Primary School in Batad.
