Call for Nominations for the 14th Seoul Peace Prize Award

The Seoul Peace Prize Selection Committee through the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), is inviting nominations for persons who are qualified for the 14th Seoul Peace Prize Award. The Seoul Peace Prize aims to recognize those who have made great contributions in promoting global peace, harmony and reconciliation between nations on the basis of the ideals of the 24th Seoul Olympic Games held in Seoul, South Korea in 1998. The Seoul Peace Prize was established to reflect the wishes of the Korean people and to crystallize their desire for everlasting peace on earth. The DOST-PCIEERD thru the DOST Region XI, in partnership with Ateneo de Davao University, BLGU of Manurigao, PLGU of Compostela Valley and MLGU of New Bataan have great plans for Brgy. Manurigao: to design and field test a 50kW micro-grid solar PV system that will serve the houses in the barangay.
