DOST holds first public consultation on RA 11312

DAVAO CITY – The Department of Science and Technology (DOST) conducted the first public consultation on the Guidelines Implementing Republic Act 11312, an Act Strengthening the Magna Carta for Scientists, Engineers, Researchers and other Science and Technology (S&T) Personnel in the Government on February 12, 2020 at the Royal Mandaya Hotel, Davao City. The activity seeks to inform personnel from various national government agencies and other government organizations such as State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in Mindanao who are involved in S&T on the proposed additional rules and regulations of the RA 11312 (amending for the Purpose Republic Act No. 8439). DOST starts call for R&D proposals under CRADLE program

DAVAO CITY (PIA) - The Department of Science and Technology (DOST) has announced a call for research and development proposals under its Collaborative Research and Development to Leverage Philippine Economy (CRADLE) Program. The DOST is now ready to accept R&D proposals for 2020 from Higher Education Institutions (HEI), Research and Development Institutions (RDI) together with their partner companies for the CRADLE program. The proposals should provide solution to identified needs of the industry and meet the general criteria of the program.
