DOST Science Education Institute (SEI) has been granting scholarships for qualified Filipinos in the field of Science and Technology in pursuing graduate studies in the following programs:
1. Accelerated Science and Technology Human Resource Development Program (ASTHRDP) aims to improve the countrys global competitiveness and capability to innovate through S&T and to accelerate the production of high-level human resources needed for research and development in basic and applied sciences and mathematics.
2. Engineering Research and Development for Technology (ERDT) aims to attain a critical mass of masters and doctoral degree holders who can perform high-impact researches in engineering and technology that are aligned with the countrys National Science and Technology Plan (NSTP) and Medium-Term Development Program (MTDP)
